Job summary

Solü Technology Partners seeks a Senior IT Project Manager with an active PMI PMP certification and a minimum of 5 years of PMP-certified experience. The role focuses on leading the implementation of an EHR system across multiple state health bureaus and clinical staff, with strong emphasis on health informatics and change management.

You will direct enterprise IT projects, develop PM Plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate testing and deployment across departments.

Qualifications

• Lead the implementation of an EHR system across BCHS/BOI/BCD.
• Develop and execute plans for organizational change management (OCM).
• Manage project planning, design, testing, and deployment of health IT solutions.
• Provide weekly status updates and project metrics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage enterprise IT projects of strategic importance.
• Create, review, and obtain approval of the Project Management Plan and Schedule.
• Coordinate system testing and implementation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, and RAID logs; implement mitigation strategies.
