Job summary

EPITEC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation for multiple health agencies. The role requires senior-level PM experience in health IT, EHR/EMR, and organizational change management, with proven ability to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The PM will work in a hybrid environment in Harrisburg, PA, guiding teams through planning, development, testing, and deployment while coordinating with program offices and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMP certification with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or EMR in healthcare.
• Strong change management skills with experience in organizational change for clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct, admin, manage, and facilitate enterprise IT projects of strategic importance.
• Accountable for delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.
• Develop estimates and Project Management Plans across planning, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Track budgets, milestones, and risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning, requirements definition, and liaison with IT teams and vendors.
