Job summary

S R International Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of an EHR for multiple PA health agencies.

You will oversee full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with Applications, Data Warehouse, Informatics, Networking, Security, and Service Management teams. The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of project management, EHR/EMR health IT experience, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• EHR Implementation Experience
• Must have led or supported the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system transitioning from a paper-based environment.
• Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Pennsylvania (PA).
• On‑Site Availability: Must be able to work two days per week in the Harrisburg office as requested.
• Travel for Off‑Site Meetings: Must be able to participate in State Health Center or other off‑site meetings when required.
• Project Management Experience: Must have 7–9 years of relevant Project Management experience, demonstrating capability to independently lead complex projects.
• Health IT Experience: Must have experience with EHR/EMR systems, health informatics, and health IT.
• Preferred Qualifications: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience delivering OCM for independent customers or multi‑stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Leadership: Lead full lifecycle delivery of the HHS DOH program implementation.
• Project Planning & Governance: Develop and approve PM plans, comms and deliverables matrix.
• Execution & Delivery Management: Manage planning, design, programming, testing, implementation.
• Risk, Issue, and Quality Management: Maintain RAID+ log; track risks and quality reviews.
• Stakeholder & Team Engagement: Act as primary contact; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Operational Responsibilities: Provide weekly updates and maintain project docs in SharePoint/Teams.
