Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead modernization initiatives for DCYF and related services. You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver complex enterprise projects ensuring alignment with MNIT standards and state practices.

The role requires collaboration with agency leadership, business analysts, developers, and external vendors, with governance reporting and change management responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Proven risk, issue, dependency, and change management capabilities.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with executive reporting and project governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex enterprise IT modernization projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop PM plans including scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate modernization initiatives involving legacy apps, cloud platforms, data modernization and integration.
• Manage risks, RAID logs, mitigation plans and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with MNIT, DCYF leadership, analysts, developers, architects, QA, and vendors.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for governance and leadership.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, contracts, dependencies and SLAs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning and expenditure tracking.
