Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Wayzata, MN to lead a large-scale plant technology modernization across 1,000+ locations. The role blends Agile pre-deployment activities with waterfall hardware deployments in a hybrid delivery model.

You will establish project structures, maintain schedules, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and deployment teams to deliver on time and within scope. Approximately 40% Agile, 60% waterfall.

Qualifications

• 7+ years dedicated project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience developing project plans, defining deliverables, and tracking execution.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across approximately five active workstreams.
• Partner with workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with program objectives.
• Organize task backlogs and coordinate ownership, timing, and completion.
• Track milestones, forecasts, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation.
• Create and integrate a unified program roadmap across workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and deployment groups.
• Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and required actions to stakeholders.
• Support change management activities related to workstreams and deployments.
• Facilitate productive discussions and maintain focus when priorities differ.
