Job summary

TechDigital Group in Wayzata, MN is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive a major plant technology modernization program, coordinating five active workstreams across multiple sites.

You will blend Agile practices with traditional deployment methods, develop and maintain schedules, manage risks, and provide regular leadership updates while coordinating IT, operations, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with hardware refresh or infrastructure modernization.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects/workstreams in plant technology modernization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
• Guide teams through planning, architecture, deployment, and closeout.
• Produce regular status updates and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance and change management.
