Job summary

Encore Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in support of the PMO. You will ensure projects are planned, executed, monitored, reported, and closed in alignment with Encore’s standards, working with the PMO Director and multiple stakeholder groups to maintain visibility on scope, schedule, budget, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum five years delivering IT projects including infrastructure, cloud, software, or multi-site deployments.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery teams and governance.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Apply PMO standards, governance, templates, and reporting consistently.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource and communication plans.
• Maintain visibility into scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate activities with service delivery, Client Success, finance, sales, presales, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, risk reviews, updates, and closeout activities.
• Monitor performance and escalate risks with context and recommended actions.
• Ensure clear, timely client and internal communications.
• Support resource planning and forecasting; ensure delivery readiness and billing inputs.
• Collaborate with PMO Director, Client Success, Service Operations, and delivery teams to reduce friction.
