Job summary

InnoCore Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a senior PMO leader to head the IT PMO, establish governance frameworks, and align the project portfolio with business strategy. You will monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while developing executive dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.

Lead portfolio prioritization, funding decisions, and governance reviews; mentor PMO staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with IT and business leaders to realize strategic benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including project, program, or portfolio management.
• 3 years of experience leading PMO, project governance, portfolio management, or enterprise project delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects and programs throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Experience with project portfolio management, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple initiatives.
• Experience preparing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams while leveraging Agile methodologies, with focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams

Responsibilities

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Experience supporting large-scale cloud, application modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios exceeding $10 million in annual budgets.
• Certified ScrumMaster or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
