Job summary

Encore Technologies in Pittsburgh seeks a Client Success Program Manager to lead complex client engagements, blending client success, project governance, and service coordination.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, Encore commitments, and delivery excellence across professional services and managed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field is desirable, or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, program management, Client Success, service delivery management, professional services, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex technology projects or programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and service delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of coordination and project manager for assigned complex engagements.
• Document client objectives, commitments, outcomes, governance needs, and measures of success.
• Maintain an integrated view of project, professional services, managed services, and supporting activities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, and resources.
• Coordinate work across engineers, managed services, operational groups, SMEs, third-party partners, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Monitor delivery progress against scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
• Facilitate status meetings, program reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Provide clear client and internal communication on delivery status and financials.
• Lead service delivery reviews and drive improvement actions.
• Coordinate transitions between implementation, delivery, and managed services.
