Job summary

iDC Logistics in City of Industry, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Programs to lead customer-facing technology initiatives in a fast-paced 3PL setting.

You will own the onboarding process, coordinate IT intake and delivery cadence, drive cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time go-lives with rigorous governance. The role requires 6–10 years’ PMP-like experience, WMS/3PL rollout expertise, strong communication, and 50% travel; hybrid work at our CA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years’ experience PMP or equivalent work experience.
• WMS rollout or implementation experience in a warehousing or 3PL context (required).
• Site launch experience.
• Exceptional communication and presence.
• Cross-systems coordination without being the engineer.
• Prioritization and outcome ownership.
• Autonomy. You are comfortable as the most senior project person in the room.
• Written-first operating discipline.
• AI fluency (required).
• Southern California based, able to work hybrid at the City of Industry headquarters and travel 50% to sites.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end to end across WMS/EDI/interface onboarding and go-live.
• Run the IT delivery cadence and maintain a prioritized portfolio.
• Coordinate cybersecurity, network, and SOP development.
• Own change and release governance and UAT-to-production paths.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmap with onboarding needs.
