Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in City of Industry, CA seeks a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex enterprise application initiatives. This full-time role combines hybrid and on-site work, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives to deliver prioritized projects.

You will own program delivery across warehouse management systems, EDI workflows, and ERP-related enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT program management or related delivery-focused roles.
Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects and workstreams.
WMS implementation experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, or a 3PL environment.
Experience coordinating WMS customer and/or site implementations and onboarding.
Experience managing EDI trading-partner onboarding and integrations.
Understanding of common EDI transactions and workflows within logistics or supply chain environments.
Experience supporting customer-specific labeling, compliance, or systems requirements.
Strong customer-facing implementation experience with ownership of requirements, expectations, timelines, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs across enterprise applications and integrations.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Drive program and portfolio management with a focus on prioritization and governance.
Ensure successful onboarding of customers and vendors with clear requirements and timelines.
Communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership.
