Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and integration across a 3PL network. You will coordinate operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Service to ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within logistics, strong communication, and experience with WMS/TMS. PMP or Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of project management or client implementation experience in 3PL/logistics.
Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, EDI, and related logistics technologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire client onboarding process from discovery to go-live within scope and budget.
Serve as main point of contact during implementation, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines; coordinate cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate WMS, TMS, and other platforms with client systems.
Identify issues early and develop contingency plans to minimize delays.
Create training materials and facilitate sessions for internal teams and clients.
Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices for future implementations.
Monitor KPIs and present progress updates to leadership.
