Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Senior Warehouse Inventory Control Programs Manager to lead inventory program implementation and on-site go-live support across accounts. You will train teams, coordinate with Legal and IT, and help design staffing models aligned with KPI targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in operations/inventory control, with experience in WMS systems such as Synapse, Manhattan, and SAP. A strong project-management approach and training delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in Operations and Inventory Control in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Third-Party Logistics is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management and Training with delivery across in-person, teleconference, webinars and classroom.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources, timing and prioritization for Inventory Program implementation across the organization.
• Provide on-site support for go-live, training and improvement at each account.
• Evaluate new deals and staffing models to meet KPI objectives.
