Job summary

Custom Goods LLC seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and integration across our 3PL network. You will coordinate operations, IT, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure go-live success and post-implementation support.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or client implementation within logistics, with strong communication and PMP or Six Sigma being a plus. Proficiency with WMS/TMS and EDI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or client implementation within a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, EDI, and related logistics technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding from discovery to go-live, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery within budget.
• Main point of contact during implementation, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; coordinate Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Service.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate WMS, TMS, and other logistics platforms with client systems.
• Identify issues early, develop contingency plans, and resolve problems to minimize delays.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and clients on new processes and workflows.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices for future implementations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare status reports, and present progress updates to leadership.
