Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team across program management, data, and reporting for ICE. This fully remote role requires extensive experience in law enforcement environments and ICE data/processes, with a focus on governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include establishing streamlined reporting, guiding delivery teams, managing cross-functional efforts, and communicating complex narratives to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
• Provide guidance to delivery teams on deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and resolutions.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements and schedules.
• Review artifacts to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Establish effective project communication plans and execution.
• Analyze changes in requirements and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into a clear, concise narrative.
• Prepare meeting agendas and create succinct visualizations using PowerPoint.
