Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Operations Research Analyst / DataLead to support DHS ICE program management, data analytics, and reporting. This fully remote role leads a team of analysts delivering mission knowledge, data calls, analytics, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 8 years in customer delivery and 2+ years in data exploration, cleaning, and visualization. US citizenship and DHS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• 2+ years of data exploration, data cleaning, visualization and analytics.
• Clearance: US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client needs and gap analysis; propose solutions.
• Lead cross‑discipline team to meet project requirements and schedules.
• Align data with Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik dashboards.
• Provide trade‑offs analyses to select best tools and methods.
• Create project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Use source data to assess project effectiveness and business processes.
• Disseminate information among business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze changes in requirements and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and concise visuals.
