Job summary

InDev seeks an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead federal IT projects supporting DHS ICE, including SaaS, PaaS, data warehousing and analytics. Manage initiation through completion, ensuring SDLC, ITSM and SLM compliance, while partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and SES stakeholders to drive outcomes with Agile and Hybrid methods.

The role requires planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and executive briefings, with cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience, minimum 5 years managing Federal IT projects.
• Experience leading Agile and Hybrid technology projects.
• Experience with SDLC, ITSM, SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise cloud environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Agile project management practices.
• Experience utilizing Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to enable enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle, developing plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Apply Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to meet objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage Jira activities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide executive briefings and presentations to Government leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Government, contractor, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software teams.
• Support projects involving SaaS and PaaS platforms and enterprise cloud technologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, SDLC, ITSM, SLM, and required project documentation.
• Drive quality, resolve resource constraints, and promote continuous improvement.
