Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects across IA and OIT programs in Reston, VA. You will direct scope, schedule, budget, risk, and compliance, coordinating with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, asset management, change control, cybersecurity, and technical documentation within federal IT frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Proven experience leading complex IT projects end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating PI Planning and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through initiation to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid practices as appropriate.
• Lead PI Planning sessions and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Manage governance, reporting, risk, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of IT asset management, change control, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Translate complex technical and business information into clear executive decisions and actions.
