Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks a Business Analyst – Associate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. You will work with project and program managers, technical personnel, and federal clients to analyze needs and document requirements.

Responsibilities include developing user stories and backlog items, maintaining requirements artifacts, supporting testing and implementation, and ensuring compliance with DOI

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing business analysis or consulting services to management and technical personnel supporting federal IT investments.
• Knowledge of IT service management, asset management, and configuration management practices.
• Experience with gathering requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current-state, interim-state, and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, story maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Develop and maintain business glossaries, functional requirements, process models, system diagrams, and artifacts.
• Create and maintain models using Visio or government-approved tools.
• Manage boards, test plans, dashboards, and requirements using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Support testing activities, stakeholder interviews, and knowledge-transfer efforts.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clearly documented requirements.
• Track activities, risks, milestones, and deliverables to support project execution.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and process documentation for stakeholders.
