Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to own the lifecycle from definition through implementation for a strategic internal initiative. You will partner with business, data, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive the program roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

The role requires hands-on PM/BA, product ownership experience, and the ability to operate in executive conversations and detailed user stories with acceptance

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Strong business analysis including requirements elicitation and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle from definition to implementation.
• Drive program roadmap alignment with business objectives and delivery activities.
• Coordinate across business, technical, data/integration, and implementation partners.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and drive mitigation and decisions.
• Run requirements workshops; translate needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Refine and prioritize product backlog with business and technical teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning and execution with delivery teams.
• Maintain project plans, governance artifacts, and status communications.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, dependencies to senior leadership.
• Support change management and establish governance processes as needed.
