- Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, sprint ceremonies, requirements sessions, and Steering Committee meetings.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions while driving mitigation and resolution.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with business and technical teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate sprint planning and execution in partnership with project leadership and delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, decision materials, governance documentation, and other program artifacts.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and escalations to senior and executive leadership.
- Support change management efforts and help establish foundational processes, governance, and Center of Excellence capabilities as needed.
