Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for Clinical Systems & Workflow in Nashville. You will lead complex healthcare technology initiatives across Systems Intelligence Solutions and HDR, coordinating clinical, operational, technical, and analytical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires Epic experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to map current and future-state workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic and Epic-supported clinical workflows.
• Experience supporting healthcare clinical and/or operational workflows.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with clinical, operational, technical, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex clinical and healthcare technology initiatives across Systems Intelligence Solutions and HDR teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Map workflows and translate findings into actionable requirements; coordinate end-to-end testing and validation.
