Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for clinical engineering products. You will translate customer needs into a portfolio plan and mentor junior product managers across development, execution and monitoring of roadmaps.

On-site collaboration 2–3 days per week, with a focus on healthcare technology, EMR integrations (Epic) and vendor management to deliver scalable solutions that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong formal product management experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing clinical engineer products in healthcare space preferred.
• Experience with integrating EMR systems into clinical devices or workflows preferred.
• Ability to work on-site 2–3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Leads vision, roadmap, and deliverables for clinical engineering products.
• Translates customer needs into projects on a portfolio roadmap.
• Provides direction on development, execution and monitoring of product roadmaps.
• Performs market analysis for new product trends and scalability.
