Vanderbilt Health is seeking an EMR Adoption Specialist to implement and update systems with clinical and business workflow focus. The role travels to Clarksville Hospital and occasionally to Nashville, supporting onboarding, training, and go-live activities.

You will collaborate with care teams, coordinate with project leads, and participate in post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth adoption of Epic and related tools. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in healthcare software, EHRs, or health IT preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clinicians and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality support to Business Office staff within physician practices and hospitals.
• Collaborate with customers to build effective workflows and onboarding plans.
• Coordinate with Senior CRM to plan user group focus meetings and upgrade planning.
• Support post go-live activities, manage change requests and resolve issues.
• Visit sites to onboard physicians/staff and optimize workflows without system modifications.
• Deliver information on downtimes, upgrades and Epic-related updates to assigned areas.
• Assist in go-live activities, training, and handover to post-go-live support.
