Job summary

Vanderbilt Health’s HealthIT CE Product Team seeks a motivated Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for clinical engineering products. You will translate customer needs into a structured portfolio roadmap and guide development and execution while mentoring junior staff.

The role focuses on delivering capabilities that meet customer needs, with collaboration across IT, clinical teams, and vendors, and entails on-site work 2–3 days per week as required.

Qualifications

• Strong formal product management experience (road mapping, vendor management, team mentorship, etc.)
• Experience managing clinical engineer products in the healthcare space is strong preferred
• Experience working with IV infusion pump systems such as BD Alaris and experience with integrating these into EMRs such as Epic preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads vision, roadmap, deliverables for products.
• Translates customer needs into projects on a project roadmap.
• Provides direction on development, execution and monitoring of product roadmaps.
• Performs analysis of market for new product and services trends, capabilities and scalability.
