Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment.
• 5+ years leading program management in a large corporation.
• Adept at problem solving, decision-making, collaboration, execution, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with budgets over $5M across multiple projects.
• Ensure deliverables are created and tracked for leadership.
• Interface with senior leadership to report status.
• Track timelines and milestones with stakeholders.
• Monitor multiple projects, raising issues promptly.
• Apply Agile and other PM practices across initiatives.
• Coordinate with project leads to address risks and blockers.
• Define required resources and secure ongoing support.
• Conduct reviews and communicate project status.
• Forecast weekly resource allocations and manage budgets.
• Oversee Agile resources and matrixed team members.
