Everforth Apex Systems in Juno Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master/IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives and drive cross-functional performance on large-scale programs.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in IT program leadership, 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, and hands-on experience with ERP implementations, Jira/Azure DevOps, and Waterfall/Phase-Gate methods. Onsite role with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, business, PM, CS or related field.
15+ years of IT program leadership and transformation experience; 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach on enterprise-scale initiatives.
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne) and PM tools; Waterfall/Phase-Gate familiarity.
CSM/PSM I/II certifications required.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams across complex programs.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews; track velocity and burn-downs.
Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices.
Navigate hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery and governance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and multi-team delivery; report status to execs.
Lead retrospectives to drive measurable outcomes and center of excellence initiatives.
