Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support enterprise technology initiatives with a lead role in facilitating agile ceremonies and driving cross-functional performance on large programs.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in IT program leadership, including 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach on ERP implementations or digital transformations, with strong Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and VersionOne skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
15+ years IT program leadership with 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach on enterprise initiatives.
Experience delivering large ERP implementations or digital transformations.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne; Trello and Confluence; M365 tools and cloud collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide formalized leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely project execution.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one or more teams.
Coach Product Owners, team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
Track velocity, burn-downs, impediments, and sprint goals.
Navigate hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and stage‑gate governance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across multi‑team streams.
Translate delivery status into executive-level insights for leadership.
Lead retrospectives yielding actionable outcomes.
Contribute to agile maturity and center of excellence initiatives.
