Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• CSM or PSM I/II required; SAFe Agilist (SA) or SPC preferred; PMP a plus.
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations.
• Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, finance) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) for one or more teams.
• Coach Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery practices.
• Track and report team velocity, burn-down charts, impediments, and sprint goals.
• Navigate hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and stage-gate governance as required.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across multi-team streams.
• Translate delivery status into executive-level insights for leadership and SteerCo.
