Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a mid-senior Project Manager to lead application development projects in a large enterprise setting. The role covers managing multi-functional programs across on-ship solutions, e-commerce, mobile apps, and IT finance/HR applications.

Location: Doral, Florida — remote with occasional onsite for meetings. Strong preference for PMP and Scrum Master certifications, with expertise in Agile, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mid-senior Project Manager on data warehouse and application development projects in a large-enterprise environment.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects with many moving components.
• Track project financials, including budget creation, tracking, and forecasting for multiple multi-million dollar projects.
• Drive project requirements and development processes.
• Manage backlogs and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Conduct risk management and elevate high-risk issues as needed.
