Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join the Information Technology Project Portfolio Management Office. You will plan, direct and coordinate project management activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, Agile SDLC experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects with vendors and stakeholders. Onsite in Lincoln, NE with remote flexibility when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Computer Science/Software Development/Project Management (or equivalent).
Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and coordinate project management activities to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Manage IT projects from initiation to closure with PMO oversight.
Develop requirement specifications, business cases, functional specs and process models.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead project teams, monitor progress, and report status to upper management.
Oversee risk, change control, quality and communications across projects.
