Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an IT Program Manager III for a hybrid role in Plano, TX with potential for contract-to-hire. You will coordinate infrastructure and product initiatives, drive execution, and manage Agile delivery using JIRA, dashboards, and governance routines.

The ideal candidate has Scrum Master experience, strong cross-functional coordination, risk controls, and the ability to provide executive reporting on delivery health, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using Jira to manage Agile delivery, project tracking and reporting.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage delivery of project, product, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Communicate objectives, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status to stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into project and product health through tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
• Manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and work tracking processes.
