Walker Healthforce in Burlington, MA is seeking a Senior Recruiter who excels at identifying hard-to-find IT and professional talent and turning opportunities into placements.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong sourcing, closing, and relationship-building skills, with a track record in agency or professional staffing. You will manage multiple requisitions, leverage Bullhorn and LinkedIn, and help deliver top talent to healthcare technology clients.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience in IT/tech.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience using Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM.
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned requisitions from intake to placement and start.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Screen candidates for technical and professional qualifications and motivation.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage counteroffers, and close placements.
• Maintain Bullhorn records and strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and mentor less-experienced recruiters.
