Job summary

Walker Healthforce is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who excels at identifying hard-to-find IT and professional talent, building candidate relationships, and converting opportunities into placements. Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities including passive candidate engagement.
• Experience using Bullhorn or comparable ATS/CRM and modern recruiting tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate placement and start.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and compelling candidate messaging.
• Evaluate candidates for technical and professional qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and risks.
• Conduct consultative interviews and prepare accurate submissions aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage competing opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close placements.
• Maintain accurate Bullhorn records and strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Share market intelligence and collaborate with delivery teams to improve sourcing effectiveness.
