Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience, preferably in IT, technology, or healthcare disciplines.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement goals.
• Strong direct sourcing to engage qualified candidates beyond job boards.
• Ability to qualify, build trust, influence decisions and close offers.
• Experience juggling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake through placement and start.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Leverage Bullhorn, AI tools, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and messaging.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct consultative interviews and prepare accurate submissions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage multiple opportunities.
• Maintain Bullhorn records and strong candidate relationships.
• Use metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and placement results.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and mentor junior recruiters.
