Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience.
• Experience in IT, tech, consulting, or specialized professional disciplines.
• Strong direct sourcing beyond traditional job boards.
• Proven ability to qualify, build trust, influence, and close offers.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake to placement and start.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Leverage Bullhorn, AI tools, LinkedIn, and job boards to build pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and messaging.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Conduct consultative interviews and prepare persuasive submissions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage counteroffers and closing.
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Share market intelligence and support development of less-experienced recruiters.
