Walker Healthforce in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for healthcare and IT talent. You will own requisitions, translate client needs into targeted searches, and build qualified candidate pipelines using Bullhorn and direct outreach.

You’ll conduct consultative interviews, manage offers, and maintain strong candidate relationships while sharing market insights to develop recruiters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in agency, consulting, healthcare or IT.
• Proven ability to meet placement goals and manage candidates through start.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions from intake to candidate start.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and messaging.
• Build qualified pipelines using Bullhorn, AI tools, networks, and job boards.
• Validate AI matches and assess experience, compensation, availability and risks.
• Conduct consultative interviews and submit persuasive candidate packets.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage offers.
• Maintain Bullhorn records and relationships, share market insights.
