Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Burlington, MA to own full-cycle IT and professional staffing across healthcare technology and operations. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and close placements for healthcare and tech roles in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes sourcing expertise, client collaboration, and high-quality submissions using Bullhorn and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience in IT or healthcare/operations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting/placement goals.
• Strong sourcing, candidate evaluation, and closing skills.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM; proficient with modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake to placement and start.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Leverage Bullhorn, AI tools, LinkedIn and networks for pipelines.
• Translate client needs into targeted searches and messaging.
• Screen for qualifications, motivation, and fit; prepare persuasive submissions.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
• Manage multiple requisitions with deadlines and strong follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and insights for improvement.
• Share market intelligence with teams and mentor junior recruiters.
