Walker Healthforce is a specialized healthcare staffing and IT consulting firm seeking a Senior Recruiter to turn client requirements into qualified candidates and lasting relationships. This full-cycle, performance-driven role is remote for candidates across the Eastern and Central Time zones.

You will own requisitions, translate requirements into searches, leverage Bullhorn and AI tools, interview candidates, and guide offers to close.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of full-cycle agency, consulting, or healthcare/IT recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to meet placement goals and manage candidates end-to-start.
• Strong qualification, interview prep, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned requisitions from intake through candidate start.
• Translate client requirements into focused searches and messaging.
• Use Bullhorn, AI-enabled tools, networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build pipelines.
• Validate AI matches and assess experience, motivation, compensation, and risks.
• Conduct consultative interviews and produce persuasive submissions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage multiple offers, and close starts.
• Maintain candidate relationships and Bullhorn data with market insights.
