Qualifications

• Experience with IT Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to users and stakeholders.
• Root cause analysis and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and on-call weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all support queries and incidents; take ownership and see issues through to resolution.
• Review service availability, performance and stability, and identify trends to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams and users to address queries and issues.
• Ensure software/hardware changes do not impact service levels.
• Demonstrate teamwork with flexibility and adaptability; participate in weekend/holiday support on rotation.
