Qualificações

• Ability to work well under pressure with a true sense of urgency and strong teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging technology and front office.
• Understanding of institutional trading practices, especially connectivity and electronic trading.
• Exposure to OMS and EMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Americas markets, order lifecycle, FIX protocol and market data.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support Nomura’s real-time trading environment (DMA, Crossing, low latency, algo, SOR).
• Support low latency co-located trading environments with FIX-native connections.
• Perform daily health checks on critical systems and automate monitoring configurations.
• Provide rapid response and resolution to incidents affecting production trading systems.
• Coordinate between clients, front-office and development teams for escalation and resolution.
• Act as production change gatekeeper, managing deployments and releases.
• Analyze logs to identify and resolve system issues.
• Maintain comprehensive runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Set up and support Exchange connectivity and market data feeds.
