Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional IT experience.
- Experience with ERP Oracle Financials & Projects essential.
- Experience with Agile structures and LEAN methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of all applications and processes in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to set roadmaps and manage technical debt.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for system solutions.
- Groom backlog into actionable user stories for sprints.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Platform, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and governance artifacts.
- Travel may be required; role can be performed remotely.
