Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for the Supply FP&A team to drive forecasts, budgets and strategic plans. You will partner with SBU FP&A, Corporate Accounting and the finance systems group to standardize reporting and enable sound decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, a Masters or CPA/CMA, 5+ years of finance experience, and advanced Excel skills. Onsite Monday-Thursday with flexible Friday location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required.
• Masters degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field, with strong financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel Skills; MS Office and OneStream knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monthly forecast, AOP and long-term plans with SBU FP&A teams.
• Drive standardization and automation in reporting tools; liaise between Corporate and the Business Unit.
• Monitor and report financial performance; analyze variances and provide action recommendations.
• Develop tools for early identification of financial problems; maintain financial models.
