Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Product Analyst to partner with business Product Owners to design technical tools and roadmaps for our financial management applications (Oracle R12 and WorkSight).

You will own the technical debt, orchestrate the delivery process, and oversee stabilization and support of business‑critical systems, requiring deep financial acumen and end-to-end process understanding across the RTR portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, MIS, or related technical field; 10+ years IT experience.
• Experience with ERP Financials & Projects, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of Agile structures, LEAN methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Obtain an in-depth knowledge of all applications and processes within the portfolio.
• Establish product roadmaps and own the technical debt aspects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with DevOps for health and performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for IT leadership and stakeholders.
