Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires 10+ years IT/tech experience with strong business partnering.
- ERP experience with Oracle Financials & Projects is essential.
- Experience in Agile structures and LEAN methodologies required.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap with Product Owner involvement.
- Translate business requirements into system requirements and solutions.
- Manage backlog grooming and upcoming sprints with clear user stories.
- Coordinate with Architecture, DevOps, and QA for delivery and stabilization.
- Provide leadership in documentation, KPI reporting, and release planning.
