Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, seeks a Senior IT Product Analyst to design tools and roadmaps for a portfolio including Oracle R12 and WorkSight. You’ll partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions, drive backlog grooming, and ensure strong governance across IT and business units.

The role emphasizes techno-functional know-how, end-to-end process understanding, and high financial acumen to support revenue-to-margin

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS or related field.
10+ years of professional IT experience.
Experience with ERP (Oracle) Financials & Projects.

Responsibilities

Gain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and boundary systems.
Collaborate with Product Owner to set product roadmaps and manage technical debt.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for solutions.
Groom backlogs into executable user stories for sprints.
Coordinate with Enterprise Platform teams to estimate work and validate design.
Attend Scrum ceremonies and contribute to development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure timely, efficient, and quality incremental functionality delivery.
Maintain technical documentation (Capabilites Map, Interfaces Map, OAT, BRs, Key Features).
Oversee maintenance, DR, patching, security, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with DevOps for system health and performance monitoring.
Coordinate test instances and environment refreshes with the SBUs.
Engage with procurement/legal for licensing and vendor resources.
Stay current on tech solutions and best practices relevant to the portfolio.
Provide monthly KPI reports on SLA, incidents, features, releases, and budget.
