Trane Technologies is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst for its Supply Finance team. You will drive forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, working with SBU FP&A and Corporate to standardize reporting and improve decision support.

The role emphasizes analytic rigor and cross-functional collaboration to push continuous improvement. You will partner with the systems team to enhance tools, monitor performance, and prepare analyses for earnings releases, while guiding capital investments and financial

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office / OneStream.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate information for monthly forecast, annual plan and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with financial systems team to standardize and automate reporting.
• Act as liaison between Corporate and the Business Unit to drive collaboration.
• Monitor and report performance, analyze variances and their impact on operations.
• Prepare analyses and provide support for quarterly earnings releases.
