Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, IT contract management, and vendor negotiations. You will partner with stakeholders to drive sourcing projects, define negotiation strategies, and ensure financial processes and governance are in place.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
• Experience negotiating IT product and services agreements, including cloud (IAAS/SAAS).
• Global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for ZoomInfo activities, including onboarding.
• Prepare, review, and manage IT contracts and renewals to meet objectives.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Define deal objectives and negotiate strategies to meet business goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations as required and align with objectives.
• Ensure payment processing and contract-related financials are in place.
• Develop metrics for procurement performance and governance.
• Resolve contract disputes with legal and finance teams.
• Act as SME for procurement processes and vendor management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers for governance activities.
• Maintain contractual artefacts and review SLAs and metrics.
