Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager in the United States to oversee the end-to-end procurement process and contract management. You will negotiate terms, manage vendor relationships, and drive sourcing projects that align with business objectives.

The role requires 5–7 years of procurement experience, including IT/Cloud contracts, with a focus on governance and cost optimization. Base salary ranges from $94,500 to $148,500 with additional compensation possibilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years procurement, sourcing and contract administration experience.
• 3+ years in negotiating IT product/services agreements (Cloud IAAS/SAAS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including intake, review, approvals, execution, and onboarding.
• Prepare and manage contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Define deal objectives and negotiate strategies aligning with business goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations with vendors as needed.
• Oversee payments, invoices, and work orders with finance.
• Develop metrics for procurement performance and governance.
• Resolve contract disputes with legal and finance teams.
• Serve as SME for procurement processes and vendor management.
• Coordinate supplier governance activities and reviews.
