Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for procurement activities, including intake, review, approvals, execution, and onboarding.

  • Lead medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
  • Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure financial processes for payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain procurement metrics and SLA reviews.
  • Manage and resolve contract disputes with legal and finance teams.
  • Be SME for procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Act as liaison between vendors and stakeholders for sourcing activities.
  • Participate in supplier governance activities.
  • Maintain contractual artefacts and monitor SLAs.

As the Senior Procurement Manager role you will be responsible for the review, negotiation, classification, storage, and reporting of vendor contracts, which will include implementing company policy on contractual terms, strategy in contract management, and assisting with contract compliance investigations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for ZoomInfo Procurement activities, including intake, document review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.
  • Prepare, review, execute, and manage the process for approval of contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders to support Procurement goals and objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and conduct medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects, including Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotes (RFQ).
  • Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies that meet/exceed business objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations as required and in line with business objectives
  • Ensure financial processes are in place for the processing of payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relevant financial, operational, and service metrics for the Procurement Department that demonstrate the goals and objectives of the department.
  • Manage and resolve contract disputes in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Collect and regularly review relevant vendor contracts to ensure vendor compliance with service level objectives.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert to stakeholders for Procurement processes and best practices, vendor management, contract management, and administration.
  • Act as a Liaison between vendors and the stakeholders for sourcing-related activities.
  • Participate in the establishment of ongoing supplier governance activities.
  • Develop and maintain contractual artefacts and facilitate and participate in supplier reviews. Review SLA and other operational metrics.
What You Bring:
  • BA/BS degree. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Five to seven years of industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience negotiating medium to large-sized IT product and services agreements, including negotiation and management of Cloud (IAAS, SAAS) agreements.
  • Global experience preferred
  • Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure that ZoomInfo consistently obtains highly competitive pricing.
  • Collect and analyze financial market, business, or technical information to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations impacting the sourcing event.
  • Ability to facilitate/conduct group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques.
  • Experience with contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors at all levels.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$94,500 — $148,500 USD
